Before we can get into how to manifest good energy, we have to talk about what manifest is in the first place.

The definition of manifest means to make something evident or obvious through showing something.
So basically when you’re manifesting something you’re making something obvious, and that something is typically non-physical such as a thought, feeling, emotion, or idea.
The way you make something obvious would be to show it in this realm. I like to break it down like this: manifesting means to bring something non-physical (thought, feeling, idea, etc) into this physical world.
This could look like:
- The emotion of disgust can manifest through you scrunching up your face.
- The idea (or desire) of becoming an astronaut can manifest through you taking the necessary steps and schooling to become an astronaut.
- The thought of you taking a run can manifest by you eventually going for a run or even buying better running shoes.
You can, and will, manifest things even if you don’t know what manifesting is because we as humans make things evident or apparent all the time.
What makes manifesting so powerful, though, is when you start to learn how to make certain things evident or obvious, such as your desires or goals.

How To Manifest Positive Energy In Your Life?
1. Determine What Manifesting Good Energy Looks Like To You
Alright, so you know that you want to manifest good energy. Great. But what kind of good energy?
Do you want to manifest:
- Better people around you
- More opportunities
- Better energy within yourself
- More positive things in your life overall
- A combination of the above
The first step in manifesting anything is getting specific about what you want.
After all, how are you supposed to ask for something if you don’t even know what you’re asking for?
Once you determine what kind of good energy you want to manifest, dig a little deeper. If you want to manifest good friends, what do you mean by that? Good at what?
Do you want them to:
- Inspire you
- Offer connections
- Uplift you
- Make you laugh more
If you want to manifest more opportunities, what kind of opportunities? Opportunities with your job, networking, meeting your next partner?
Don’t just say “I want to manifest positive energy”. What exactly is it that you want and why?
2. Practice Daily Gratitude
The next step to manifest positive energy is having daily gratitude.
Try writing down 3 new things to be grateful for in the mornings each day. It’s simple, takes less than 5 minutes, is free, and will change your entire life, I’m not kidding.
Studies have shown that gratitude can not only serve as a mood booster, but can also improve your mental health, strengthen your relationships, and reduce stress, and has even shown to have lasting effects on the brain.
I have been positively affected by doing the exact practice I’m recommending to you.
I started this practice when I was knee-deep in a toxic work environment where my manager was a complete prick (to everyone), and to my absolute surprise that little thing I did every morning caused me to change my whole outlook.
It was the craziest thing.
Once I started finding 3 things to be grateful for, it turned into 10, and then 10 turned into finding small things to be grateful for beyond just doing it in the morning.
And as I kept up with the practice more and more, a few months went by, and I would find myself automatically finding 1 thing to be grateful for even if I was feeling down, annoyed, or anxious.
Gratitude is power.
You will be writing 3 things to be grateful for in the mornings, and 6 months will go by and you will realize your whole mindset has changed right before your eyes.

3. Choose Optimism (Not Blind Optimism)
The next thing you want to do to manifest positive energy is to choose optimism. Notice how I say choose because sometimes, even if you are naturally optimistic, you have to choose it.
Life is perfect for no one. Everyone has things they go through and regardless of what your situation is at the time, it’s important that you choose optimism.
Not blind optimism either because there is a difference.
Blind Optimism is having an excessively positive attitude while ignoring anything negative including emotions, situations, or circumstances; hopeful thinking without being realistic at all.
Optimism is a good dose of remaining positive while still handling negative emotions, challenges, and circumstances without letting it consume you; choosing to see the glass as half full regardless of what’s going on.
Choosing to be optimistic can help you control your stress, become resilient, bring you success, and even positively benefit your mental and physical health.
4. Practice Mindfulness
If you want to manifest good energy into your life then you have to have some sort of good energy yourself, and the only way to achieve this is by looking at what you’re doing sometimes.
You will not be able to make any sort of change in your life if you’re not willing to be mindful of what you’re doing, saying, and acting like.
Being mindful is not about judging yourself or others either.
It’s about paying attention to what’s going on in the present moment, free from judgment. Observing both yourself and what you’re allowing in your life.
Being more mindful can help you tremendously improve your behaviors which can ultimately improve your life.
The best ways to start practicing mindfulness is through journaling and meditation.
5. Put Out More Good Energy
The last step in manifesting good energy is by putting out good energy.
You get what you give. If you give nothing you get nothing.
It’s as simple as that.
You cannot expect to have good energy when you’re a shitty person. You cannot expect to manifest good energy if you treat people in a bad way. You just can’t.
What goes around comes right back around to you. It has nowhere else to go.
So the best way to manifest positive energy in your life is to put out more good. Ask yourself once a day “What can I do for someone else today?”
It will not only make you happier but it’s also doing a good deed.
Using The Law Of Attraction To Manifest Good Energy
The law of attraction is the principle that like attracts like. You attract what you are.
If you are a negative pessimistic person then you will attract negative people, experiences, and things. If you are a positive person then you will attract positive people, experiences, and things.
It goes hand in hand with the principle that what you put out comes right back to you.
- Are there exceptions to the rule? Yes.
- Will you still have negative experiences if you’re a positive person? Yes.
- Can you still attract negative people if you’re a positive person? Yes.
The point of the law of attraction is not to be used as a blame game or a shortcut to only have positive things in life because to be quite honest with you that’s not possible.
Everyone will go through things. Everyone will eventually run into negative experiences or people.
The law of attraction is not about not going through stuff. It’s about outlook and controlling what we can to attract better things in our lives.
We can control:
- Our mindset
- Our behaviors/habits
- What we focus on
You attract what you are; you don’t attract what you think you are. Just because you say you’re trustworthy, honest, loyal, etc doesn’t mean you actually are.
The only way for you to be that is to be that, and the only way to see that is through your actions, not words.
So if you want to manifest good energy then you yourself have to have good energy within you and that can only be shown through your actions.

A lot of times I see the words “manifesting” and “law of attraction” mixed up and misused and just in case you may be a little confused about the difference between the two I wanted to clarify.
To manifest means to make something non-physical evident or apparent. The law of attraction is when like attracts like.
So you can manifest good energy by making your desire to have good energy evident or obvious by
- Changing your daily actions
