Will it require some work?
Yes, so don’t proceed with these instructions thinking you will not have to put any work in because that just simply isn’t the case.
Anything you want will require work.
However, will you have to put in as much work as you think you thought you would? Well, that is to be determined.
Follow along with my straight-forward guide on how to manifest your dream body the right way!
No silly diets, no self-hate, no negative self-talk included.

How To Manifest Your Dream Body
1. Get Clear About Exactly What You Want
Before you can figure out how to manifest something, you need to be specific about what you want first.
When you say you want to learn how to manifest your dream body, ask yourself what that really means.
- Do you want to have abs?
- Do you want to be thinner?
- Do you want to be thicker?
- Do you want to be muscular? Do you want to be lean?
- Where do you want to be thinner or thicker?
- Do you want to be able to run or go up the stairs without losing your breath?
Determine exactly what it is you want and why you want it.
Is it because you want to get ready for the summer? Is it for a wedding? Is it for a spouse? Is it because you simply want a change in your life?
(Please don’t change your body to please someone else, only change your body for your own happiness).
2. Brainstorm
Once you’ve figured out what you want and why you want it, brainstorm ideas to get there.
When people think “I want to manifest my dream body”, a lot of people’s minds automatically go to dieting and the gym.
But those aren’t the only two ways to get your dream body. There are plenty of other ways to achieve your goal of having your dream body; it just depends on what you’re working towards.
This is why it’s important to know what you want before you start coming up with a game plan on how to get it.
You could:
- Do yoga
- Eat more protein, carbs, fiber, or grains
- Walk more
- Run
- Swim
- Drink more water
- Only eat whole foods
Here are some other things you can do to get your dream body. This is not meant to be medical advice.
3. Visualize Yourself With Your Dream Body
Now that you know what you want and how you can get there, I invite you to take a moment, close your eyes, and imagine yourself with the exact physique that you want.
Imagine how you would feel once you’ve reached that goal, and capture those feelings.
Mentally put them in a jar and hold onto those feelings until you’ve reached that goal.
That, my friend, is visualization.
Close your eyes, imagine what you want, capture that feeling, hold onto it and never let it go.
Use those feelings to propel you forward and as reminders of why you’re taking action, especially on the days you don’t feel like it.
4. Take Action
You must, you must, you MUST take action. You cannot manifest anything without taking action. I don’t care what anyone else tells you.
There is no such thing as “luck” either.
Everything that has happened so far has happened because of a series of decisions that have been made up until that point. Everything.
Manifesting your dream body is no different.
Exercise, eat better, drink more water, rest, or whatever you need to do.
5. Be Consistent
You also need to be consistent. You can take all the action in the world for one day, but if you don’t keep going at it after that one day, that’s all it will be.
One day’s worth of work.
I don’t know if you’ve ever had a job before, but one day’s worth of work will not amount to nearly as much as one year’s worth of work, think in terms of a paycheck.
It doesn’t matter what you’re doing or what goal you’re trying to achieve, you must take action AND you must be consistent.
If you’re not willing to work for what you want then you don’t deserve it enough.
I’m sorry, I don’t make the rules.
6. Pray
If you’re not religious you can skip this step. For everyone else, I recommend praying.
Don’t just pray to get your dream body either.
Pray for the discipline you need to arrive at your goals and pray for the motivation you need to keep going.
Praying has always worked wonders in my life, and even though sometimes that prayer may take a while to come to fruition it always comes on time.

7. Get Rid Of Negative Self-Talk
Last but not least, you need to get rid of negative self-talk if you want to manifest your dream body.
Being ugly to yourself, putting yourself down, and speaking to yourself in a way that you would not speak to others/small kids is not going to cut it.
Being mean and nasty to yourself is only going to slow you down and hinder your progress.
Just toss all that negative self-talk right in the trash.
Go on, do it.

How To Have Positive Self-Talk While Manifesting Your Dream Body
But how do you really have positive self-talk? Is it even something realistic?
Before I answer question number one, the answer is yes to question number two.
It is absolutely realistic to have a more positive headspace. I know that can feel a bit impossible or unrealistic if you’re used to more negativity in your head.
I get it.
I used to be one of the most negative people you could meet both to myself and others. If I made a mistake or did something “embarrassing” I was beating myself down.
If someone else made a mistake or did something “dumb” I was internally judging them and laughing at them in my head.
Just a nasty negative inner environment and it brought me nothing other than misery, discomfort, anxiousness, and stress.
Who wants to deal with that all day every day? Not me and probably not you either.
Want to know how I turned this around, though? Through something I like to call the pairing method.
Each time I had a negative thought, I would stop them in their tracks, and immediately pair it with a positive thought.
I would do this by either asking myself a different type of question or by thinking of a positive statement rather than a negative one.
So for example, if I start thinking to myself “They’re so stupid” I would then think to myself “Well, maybe they just think differently than you” or “Maybe you’re actually wrong” or “Maybe they could introduce me to a new way of looking at xyz”.
When you’re being overly negative in your head, try to replace it or pair it with something positive.
This will not only help you maintain more balance on the inside, but it will also make you feel better and open your horizons to different ways of thinking.
And the more you do it, the more natural it will come, until one day you notice that your headspace looks entirely different than it did 6 months ago.
Helpful Tips On Manifesting Your Dream Body
1. Be Patient With Yourself
This is a process and it won’t happen overnight. You will probably have days where you don’t feel as motivated and maybe even days where you dropped all the balls (priorities) for that day.
It’s okay.
Shit happens. What’s most important is consistency, and the best way to have consistency is through patience and perseverance.
No matter what you have or have not done, just keep going. Put one foot in front of the other.

2. Avoid Comparisons To Other People/Other People’s Progress
You might have already heard the saying, “Comparison is the thief of all joy” and it is so true.
How can you be happy with what you have when all you’re doing is looking to see what Sally or Keisha has?
You can’t.
Stay focused on what you have going on. Keep your eyes on your own paper. It’ll make you feel better, I promise.
When your mind starts to get on the comparison train, immediately hop off.
Literally say to yourself “Uh uh we’re not doing this today” and move right along to what will bring you peace and joy.
3. Dig Deeper
Dig deeper to try to understand what got you in this situation in the first place and why.
What situation you may be asking?
For the sake of cutting to the chase, how did you wind up becoming this state with your body (physically and/or mentally)?
All emotions to the side for a second, and just pure cold facts.
Ask yourself that. How did I end up here? Be honest with yourself.
Whatever answers you come up with, don’t try to analyze them, comment on them, judge them, condemn them, or anything of the sort.
Just figure out your why, so you can then actively choose something different.
Judging, criticizing, and condemning yourself is only going to make this process longer.
4. Do This For The Right Reasons
Finally, make sure you’re doing this for the right reasons. As mentioned before, don’t do this:
- For someone else
- To look like someone else
- To keep up with the trends
Because all that’s going to do is diminish your own individuality and make you severely unhappy.
And don’t lie to yourself either; don’t be like “Oh I am doing it for myself”. Meanwhile, you got the idea from some random girl on Instagram, and if you had never even seen her before you would’ve never had that goal.
Be honest about it.
Do it for you and only you. Do it because:
- You want to be healthier
- You want more energy
- It makes you feel better
This is your body.
You will be the one who has to live with the consequences of your actions, no one else, so if you’re deciding to make changes to your body make sure it’s something that you want to do because again you will be the only one living with those consequences (good or bad).

You will not automatically manifest your dream body overnight or even over one month. Change takes time, but if you are consistent it is guaranteed to come.
Continue choosing small daily habits over random large successes.
Those small daily habits and choices will lead you to a life you never knew you could even have.
