Before we get into the best manifestation gift to get for your friend/family, I want to talk about what manifesting is, just in case you’re new to all of this.

The word “manifest” means to make something evident, obvious, or apparent.

Typically what you’re making evident, obvious, or apparent is something that is not touchable, so this would normally be an idea, feeling, thought, or desire.

For example, the idea of taking a vacation in Mexico can manifest itself through you constantly talking about it or buying plane tickets to go there. The idea has made itself evident through your actions.

Another example is the desire to become a hairstylist making itself evident through your taking the required schooling to become a hairstylist.

So in simple terms, manifesting is taking something that is not physical and bringing it into this physical world.

You do this whether you realize you’re doing it or not. However, manifestation starts to become more powerful when you’re intentionally bringing a desire, thought, or idea into this reality.

So when you hear your friend or family member say they’re a “manifester” or they’re manifesting something, this is what they’re doing.

Most gratitude journals are pretty similar because they’re mainly there to give you space to write what you’re grateful for each day.

My gratitude journal has a different daily prompt at the end but everything else pretty much stays the same.
