5. Take Action To Manifest Passing Your Driving Exam
6. Use Your Journal To Sort Out Any Negative Thoughts

9. Do NOT Give Up
1. Visualize Yourself Passing Your Driving Exam
One of the first things you need to do to manifest passing a driving exam is to visualize yourself passing it.
Get specific with your visualization. Imagine yourself in certain scenarios such as you walking out of the DMV with your license. Ask yourself questions such as:
- How will you feel once you’ve passed your test?
- Will you be relieved, excited, or a little bit of both?
- Where’s the first place you’ll go once you leave the DMV?
- Who will be the first person you will call when you get your license?
- What will you be wearing on the day of the exam?
- I think you should opt for something more comfortable, just saying.
You’re going to have an extremely hard time passing the test if you can’t even imagine yourself doing so. Take a few seconds to truly let it sink in that you will pass your driving exam.
And the good thing about visualizing your desires is there’s no right or wrong way to do it. You can be as simple or as detailed as you want!
But no matter how detailed you choose to get, one thing must remain true; you must visualize yourself passing the exam.
2. Make A Vision Board
A lot of people believe vision boards are a crucial step to manifesting your desires. I, however, disagree.
With the belief that you can accomplish your goals mixed with action, you can accomplish whatever you put your mind to. You don’t necessarily need a vision board to succeed.
However, vision boards can help be a HUGE motivator to reaching your goals as you have the image of what you want in your face every day. Not to mention, they’re also really fun to make!
You don’t have to make a vision board of just driving, but if you’re bored and need something to do I highly suggest making a vision board of your top 10 goals for the year, and including an image of a car or license, or whatever reminds you of passing your driving test.
There are so many ways to create a vision board, but I’m going to tell you how I created mine.
- I went on Pinterest and downloaded about 50 pictures.
- You can download pictures from Pinterest by clicking the three dots at the top right corner and selecting “download image”. If this isn’t an option for you then you can screenshot it.
- I went to CVS and printed off my pictures and bought a $2 floppy poster board and double-sided tape.
- And created the vision board of my dreams.
I HIGHLY recommend doing this to help you manifest passing a driving test!
3. Use Positive Driving Test Affirmations
Affirmations are a surefire way to bring your desires into real life. Why? Because when you constantly repeat what you want out of life, your mind will start to subconsciously look for that in the world.
Now, of course, I must stress to you how important action is in this process. You can repeat, “I want a cookie” all day long in your head but if you stay in the confines of your room 24 hours a day it just isn’t going to happen.
You need to get up and get out there, check out some stores, or go to dessert shops. I know a cookie isn’t what you’re here for but just hear me out.
A lot of people think you can just use affirmations and that’s it, but it doesn’t work like that. Affirmations should be used to constantly feed the subconscious mind your desires.
Your conscious mind also has to do its part in putting forth some sort of effort, even if that’s just practicing driving in your neighborhood for 5 minutes every day. I know you’re probably thinking, what is 5 minutes going to do but it will do a whole lot more than not doing anything at all.
Some really good affirmations for driving test I suggest you try are:
- I’m a focused and confident driver.
- I have everything I need to pass my driving test.
- I am confident in my abilities.
- I am aware of what goes on around me while I’m driving.
- I am capable of being an excellent driver.
- I enjoy driving each day.
- I’m calm and relaxed while on the road.
- I am confident I will pass my driving exam.
- I am at ease with myself and my driving instructor.
- I am capable of following instructions confidently.
4. Truly Believe In Your Abilities To Pass Your Driving Exam
The most important step in learning how to manifest passing a driving test, and manifestation in general, is believing you can achieve your goals. If you don’t believe in yourself then why should anyone else?
Take a moment and allow it to really sink in that you will achieve everything you desire in life. No one and nothing can stop what is meant for you.
Know with 100% certainty that you will pass your driving exam with flying colors. Yes, there is a chance that something could go wrong but there’s an even greater chance that something will go right.
Believing in yourself can make or break the journey of you getting to your goals.
5. Take Action To Manifest Passing Your Driving Exam
I know I said in the previous section the most important step in how to manifest passing a driving exam was believing in yourself, and it is, but I must say arguably THE most important step to manifestation is to take action!
If you don’t take action you will get nowhere. Yes, you could risk just saying affirmations and believing in yourself and never practicing, but I can promise you one thing. There’s no guarantee you will pass that way.
The best way to guarantee you will pass is by taking a little bit of action every day. This is the secret to passing the driving test
That may be practicing parking for 10 minutes or driving in a donut for 2 hours *please don’t actually do this for practice*. The point I’m making here is that no matter how small of a step you take, just doing something is better than nothing.
A few ways you can take action:
- Reach out to find someone who will practice driving with you
- Get in the driver’s seat and turn on the car
- Go to your local empty parking lot with someone who already has their license (it’s illegal to drive without a license friend. Please make sure you are following the rules of the road we don’t need any mishaps happening, if we can)
- Practice backing up 100 feet in a straight line (this will probably be on your exam)
- Go buy a driver’s ed book
- Read the 10 pages of the driver’s ed book each day
6. Use Your Journal To Sort Out Any Negative Thoughts
A journal is an incredible way to organize your thoughts and let go of any negative emotions you may have right now.
Are you feeling doubtful or nervous? Tell me about it, in your journal. I know you won’t literally be talking to me, but that’s what helps me write in my journal. I write as if I’m talking to a trusted friend. And the beautiful thing about a journal is that it kind of is a trusted friend!
No one is going to judge you or make you feel bad about how you feel because it’s YOUR journal. That’s one of the many beautiful reasons why I love using a journal.
Writing in your journal is also a really good way to identify any limiting beliefs. If you’re new here and wondering what a limiting belief is, it’s any negative thought or feeling that you have that is holding you back from your desire.
Examples of limiting beliefs in terms of passing your driving test could look like this:
- I can’t pass the driving test
- I’m not a good enough driver yet
- I don’t know what I’m doing
- I’m never going to get this
- This is too difficult for me
And how do we fight these limiting beliefs? First, we need to start looking at them like they’re the enemy BECAUSE THEY ARE!
These limiting beliefs are holding you back from the life you want to live, no doubt about it. So, that makes them the enemy. Start to argue with those thoughts. Here’s how you can argue with those thoughts:
- “I can’t pass the driving test” – Who told you that? You’re the only person telling yourself that and it’s not even true! There’s nothing I can’t do in this world, absolutely nothing. The only person who can stop you from reaching your goals is you.
- “I’m not a good enough driver yet” – One day you will be. You may not feel that way right now, but feelings are temporary. This feeling will pass one day. Everyone at some point wasn’t a good driver in the beginning.
- “I don’t know what I’m doing” – You don’t know what you’re doing right now that’s true but it won’t be this way forever. Everyone at some point didn’t know what they were doing.
- “I’m never going to get this” – Who is telling you this? Probably just yourself, and if you can tell yourself you’re never going to get this then you can also tell yourself to shut up and that you are capable of learning this.
- “This is too difficult for me” – Nothing is too difficult for you to learn. There’s nothing you can’t do in this world, nothing! Just keep practicing and whatever you do, do NOT give up.
7. Remain Optimistic About Passing The Driving Exam
Being optimistic is another really important step in learning how to manifest passing a driving test. You’re going to have a really hard time being successful in life if you’re constantly negative all the time.
When you allow negative thoughts to swirl in your mind all day, you allow negative things to enter your life. Start to take notice of thoughts that don’t serve you and let them go.
This will not be an easy task, trust me I’m right there with you dealing with the same thing, but it’s not impossible!
Every time you notice a thought that doesn’t serve you, tell yourself “I’m letting go of this thought. This thought does not have any power over me.”
And what I mean by a thought that doesn’t serve you is if you have a thought that doesn’t bring you joy, peace, excitement, or motivation, then it’s not serving you.
If anything, it’s hurting you and holding you back, which is why we’re going to start saying to ourselves, “I’m letting go of this thought. This thought does not have any power over me.”
Being optimistic will bring so many beautiful things into your life. Don’t believe me? Try it for 1 week straight. Just one week, that’s all it will take I promise.
8. Avoid Comparison/Negative Thinking
Remember when I was talking to you about all that negative thinking? Well, a part of that is avoiding comparison.
Comparison is the thief of all joy.
Whenever you use your beautiful brain to compare yourself to someone else, you take away from your dreams. For you to learn how to manifest passing a driving test you have to stop comparing yourself to those who already have their license.
Every time you get the urge to compare yourself to someone else, say “STOP” in your mind. Comparing yourself to someone else literally does nothing for you.
Call to action:
Think back to a time when you were comparing yourself to someone. Now, ask yourself, “What did that do for me?”
- Did you feel any happier after comparing yourself? Probably not.
- Did you feel any better in general after comparing yourself? Probably not.
If you want to take this a step further. Write about this in your journal.
Journal Prompt:
Think back to a recent time when you were comparing yourself and write down as many feelings as you can think of from that time.
Those feelings may include doubt, fear, anger, jealousy, or frustration. Draw a circle around each of those emotions.
Now think about 1-3 ways that you can stop yourself from comparing yourself to someone else. Commit to just one of these ways every day as best as you can. You may not get it right everyday, but if you’re doing your best that’s all that matters.
9. Do NOT Give Up
Last but not least, do NOT give up. No matter how frustrated you get, no matter how many tears you cry, no matter how many mistakes you make, do NOT give up. Promise yourself you will not give up.
You owe it to yourself to accomplish this goal and I know for a fact you can do it. I know you can, and will, pass your driving test. It’s just a matter of time.
